I write about AI harness engineering — the runtime, observability, and ops that make agents work in production.

I am Koji Kawamura. I lead technology at Loglass, a Japanese SaaS company building AI-native FP&A software. Before that I was CTO at negocia, an AI startup focused on automated negotiation.

My focus is the runtime side of agentic systems: the harness that wraps a model — tool management, context engineering, retry and approval flows, sub-agent orchestration, and the observability needed to operate them in production. I write here in English; longer Japanese versions sometimes appear on Zenn.
